Popis: | Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome (VKHS) is an inflammatory syndrome affecting melanocyte-containing organs. The clinical onset is often acute with neurological and ophthalmological symptoms and there is considerable risk of sequelae if the condition is not promptly diagnosed and treated. We present a case illustrating that VKHS is a rare but important differential diagnosis of viral meningitis. |
