The performance of the bank employees plays an important role in the operational efficiency of the banking processes. Various research papers analyzed the productivity of employees using different traditional ratios. This research focuses on measuring employee productivity using various ratios linked to NPA. None of the previous research papers has used these novel ratios, hence the findings are unique. This paper compares employee productivity among public sector banks, private sector banks, foreign banks, and industry averages.
