Popis:	The article introduces the concept of individual solid fuel heating devices periodic inspections system. The necessary legal changes for the creation of the legal framework of the system, the proposed scope of control, persons who could be entrusted with the realization of periodic inspections and measurements, as well as data acquisition and possible sanctions for non-compliance or violation of proposed duties were presented.
