Popis:	Twenty-seven evaluable patients with advanced malignant melanoma received fludarabine phosphate in a daily x 5 injection. Initial dosing was based on the presence of previous radiation therapy. There was no response seen in these patients despite appropriate dose escalation. Myelosuppression occurred without significant sequelae.
