Popis:	How 6-amino derivatives of pyrimidinoanthrone react with mineral acids has been established by IR and electronic spectroscopy and quantum mechanical calculations. Monoprotonation occurs at the cyclic nitrogen in position 3 and the second protonation occurs at the oxygen atom of the carbonyl group.
