Popis:	Hypergel cellulose acetate is an excellent medium for LDH-isoenzymes electrophoresis because of its high degree of gellation. The cellulose acetate is brought on a polyester sheet which makes it much easier to handle throughout the electrophoresis and coloration procedures. For coloration of the isoenzymes, the generally used techniques are applicable.
