Popis: | We report a case of unilateral internal ophthalmoplegia associated with varicella zoster in a five-year-old boy. Pupillary dilatation and accommodative paralysis persist after three years. A brisk reaction to topical pilocarpine suggests a denervation. Bifocal spectacle correction has restored the visual acuity. |
