Popis: | We studied the onset of dissipation in polycrystalline high-{ital T}{sub {ital c}} superconductors by the use of high-resolution {ital I}-{ital V} and {ital I}-{ital dV}/{ital dI} measurements. Universal features of the nonlinear {ital I}-{ital V} characteristics have been related to the critical exponents {ital t} and {ital s} of percolation theory and to the percolation threshold concentration which in our model underlies the concept of critical current. The model allows a determination of the conductivity exponent {ital t} from a single characteristic and gives, as an experimental result, {ital t}=1.95. |
