Popis:	We have performed new umbilical reconstruction with good results in 9 patients using the procedure of forming a circular cone with a flap that is anchored onto the abdominal wall. Our procedure uses a single flap or brings two flaps together, to form a three-dimensional structure with a single or double suture line, so that the umbilicus will retain its depth over a long period of time.
