Popis: A new species Eumerus incisus Vujić et Malidžan sp. nov. is described from Montenegro, based on molecular and morphological data. This species is so far the only known close relative of the very divergent species among European species of the genus, Eumerus torsicus Grković et Vujić, 2015, known from Chios (Greece), Cyprus and Turkey. These two species together form the E. torsicus group, defined here. E. incisus sp. nov. has a limited distribution on mountains Orijen and Lovćen in Montenegro near the Adriatic coast, far from the range of related E. torsicus. © 2022
