Synthesis of novel 1,2,3-triazole incorporated quinoline derivatives via click chemistry and evaluation of their antimalarial activity

All the synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimalarial activity against CQ-sensitive (D6 clone) and CQ-resistant (W2-clone) strains of P. falciparum and mammalian cell cytotoxicity against Vero cells in an in vitro assay.
