Technological advances in today's world, economic and social changes in business conditions and intense competition effects firms significantly. Naturally, one of the organizations affected by these changes are in health care facilities. This work was carried out to investigate effects of hospital employees’ perceptions about organizational justice on organizational motivation. For this purpose 317 health personnell is questioned working in public and private hospitals. The data obtained through questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS 15.0 software. To evaluate the data, frequency, factor analysis, Kruskal Wallis test, Mann-Whitney U test, correlation and regression analysis were used. According to data obtained from the survey; one of the dimensions of motivation which is relation with managers is positively effected from interactional and operational justice. Also it is found that, there is a significant relationship between fee system dimension of motivation and dist-ributive justice. Decision-making process and incentive and evaluation system is influenced by all aspects of the organizational justice in positive direction. |
