| Popis: | Four giant prolactin-secreting tumours invading the skull base are described. All of them occurred in men. The presenting features were sufficiently diverse to be clinically misleading. We advocate the estimation of prolactin levels before embarking on complicated skull base surgery in men where doubt remains regarding the diagnosis after clinical and radiological study. |
