Popis:	We report a case of a 6-year-old boy with a giant perimedullary arteriovenous fistula of the cervical spine who presented with progressive tetraparesis. Transarterial glue embolization was performed and complete occlusion of the fistula was achieved. The patient’s symptoms resolved completely during the next year.
