Popis:	Extramedullary hematopoiesis (EMH) refers to the proliferationof hematopoietic precursors outside the bone marrow. EMH oftenpresents as a mass lesion in several areas of the body. In thisreport, we present a case misdiagnosed and explain the cause ofthe diagnostic error.
