Popis:	A patient with severe acute pulmonary failure developed pulmonary hypertension with worsening of right ventricular failure during treatment with dopamine. Ventricular failure was demonstrated by changes in cardiac filling pressures, pulmonary vascular resistance and ventricular volumes. By changing from dopamine to isoproterenol infusion central hemodynamic parameters normalized within a few hours.
