(ODI). Host plants: Mimosa pigra L. (standing dead plants): Paullinia elegans Cambess. (dead vine); Celtis tala Gillies ex Planch. (standing dead trees, and tree killed by grassland fire).. Note. Bruch (1912) recorded this species from Catamarca and Misiones, but the specimens of his collection are labelled as being from Corrientes and C��rdoba. Bosq (1949) expressed his doubts that Obrium multifarium are present in Santiago del Estero (Prosen 1947), but examination of material confirms its presence in this province.
