Popis:	Several well-conducted, randomized clinical trials have unambiguously shown a survival benefit when critically ill patients have early cardiovascular manipulations as a treatment strategy. Increased cardiac output and oxygen delivery (DO2) in selected patients reduces mortality and morbidity significantly.
