Popis: Hotelska ponuda, složen je tržišni proizvod, koji u sebi krije puno napora i rada zaposlenih u hotelijerstvu. Tu menedžment ima veliku ulogu. Menedžer mora naći način da motivira zaposlene, donose odluke, rješava probleme, fleksibilno rukovodi i poveća ukupnu efikasnost, efektivnost i proizvodnost. Adekvatno organiziranom funkcijom menadžmenta osigurat će se jedinstvo akcija u izvršenju ciljeva i zadataka hotela, odnosno hotelskih poduzeća.
The hotel offer is a complex market product, resulting from the efforts and hard work of people working in the hotel industry. Management plays a key role. The manager needs to find ways of motivating employees, taking decisions, solving problems, being a flexible leader and enhancing overall efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. Through the adequate organisation of the function of management, unified action can be secured in carrying out the tasks of the hotel and the hotel enterprise.
