Popis: | A comparative study of segmental flexibility of two human myeloma immunoglobulins, an IgA and an IgM, was carried out by three independent techniques: steady state and time resolved fluorescence depolarization and spin-label. The values of rotational correlation times obtained by these methods indicate that the segmental flexibility observed in these IgA and IgM molecules is comparable to that seen in the IgG molecule. |
