Popis:	Digital diplomacy is mainly practical in nature and is especially useful in working with foreign audiences, expressing the official position and shaping the state's image. The purpose of this scientific work is to theoretically analyze that digital diplomacy is an important factor of political relations in modern life. The task of the scientific work is to reveal in the interpretation the opinions of scientists on the important characteristics of digital diplomacy.
