Popis:	We report a unique extralobar pulmonary sequestration in the upper thoracic region with 3 aberrant vessels connecting to the right subclavian artery, right superior pulmonary vein, and right pulmonary artery in a 20-year-old man. The sequestered lung was completely excised using a video-assisted thoracoscopic approach.
