Clinical analysis of risk factors of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis

Popis: Objective To analyze the risk factors of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis༈PTB༉, so as to provide a reference for better treatment and prevention . Methods A retrospective analysis of 939 AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 was divided into AIDS combined PTB group (group A, 68 cases) and AIDS group (group B, 871 cases) according to whether they were complicated with PTB. The clinical and laboratory data were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in gender, residence, occupation, annual income, educational level, marital status, drinking history, history of diabetes, history of BCG vaccination, homosexuality, and whether there were multiple sexual partners at the same time (P > 0.05). ). There were significant differences in smoking history and the number of CD4 + cells (200 cells/mm3 as the boundary), with χ2 = 8.98 and χ2 = 9.65, respectively, P 3 were risk factors for AIDS complicated with PTB.
