| Popis: | We describe a simple technique for left ventricular aneurysm without ventriculotomy. After confirming there is no thrombus in the left ventricular aneurysm, the aneurysm is pushed into the left ventricle and fixed with horizontal mattress sutures and running vertical sutures. This technique has quite low risk of bleeding. |
