| Popis: | 4.1. Phlegmariurus acerosus (Sw.) B.Øllg. Collections studied from the Guianas: 1 (FG: 1) French Guiana: Mont Itoupé - Sommet Tabulaire - 15, versant ouest, layon D, 780 m, 1 Apr 2010, Tostain et al. 5973 (AAU, CAY, P, US). Note: The small population recently found (2010) in Central French Guiana, at 780 m elevation, appears very isolated, the closest populations of the species being in Western Venezuela and in the Lesser Antilles. It could be expected in high mountains of Guyana and Suriname.
