| Popis: | We draw on the concept of altruism born of suffering (ABS) to examine the relationship between sexual victimization history and the enactment of prosocial behaviors, like bystander intervention. We intend to uncover the moderators and mechanisms explaining the ways in which survivors transcend their own adversity to come to the aid of others. |
