The registration of the transfer of rights atthe National land Agency (BPN) has been hampered due to the existence of anew requirement, namely BPJS health membership. Before the Social SecurityAgency of Health (BPJS Kesehatan) membership requirements were enacted,theregistrationprocessforthetransferofrightsinvolvedconditionsandprocedures that were very lengthy and not only related to the National landAgency(BPN),butalsowithmanyofficesandagencies,suchasprimarytaxation, regional taxation, even permits, and validation process at the villageheads office, public works and public housing offices.
