Popis: | The number of dry type transformers for use in buildings and industrial plants has increased in order to meet new safety requirements in Japan which prohibit the use of PCB. Dry type transformers are grouped as conventional dry type Class-H transformers impregnated with silicone varnish, or as resin molded transformers. A new casting resin, which consists of a family of isocyanurate resins, and features good crack and heat resistant properties, has been developed by Hitachi Ltd. Large capacity Class-H resin molded trans-formers are manufactured with this casting resin named MI Resin(R). The salient features of the transformer are its light weight, small size, non-flammability, low noise, and ease of maintenance. |
