Popis: | Given a double-bounce model, an analytical solution to retrieve the complex effective permittivities from a dihedral corner made of two materials is proposed using backscattered electromagnetic fields in dual polarization. Domains of validity for this solution are provided, and a simpler method for a homogeneous corner is presented. The general process is successfully tested on simulated data performed using geometric optics applied to a dihedral arrangement from 0.3 to 1 GHz. It allows in the monostatic case to get the materials in urban or forest environments. |
