Popis: | Uveitis-glaucoma-hyphaema (UGH) syndrome is an unusual cause of transient monocular visual loss which may follow cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. If misdiagnosed as amaurosis fugax, patients may undergo unnecessary investigations and inappropriate treatment with aspirin. |
