Popis:	In treatment of metastatic neuroblastoma, the central nervous system seems to act as a sanctuary leading to often unexpected relapse of disease. We present a case of neuroblastoma treated with chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation only to relapse in central nervous system with meningeal metastases visualized on 68Ga-DOTATOC imaging.
