| Popis: | Two patients with severe left ventricular dysfunction and unusual appearing mural thrombi were identified and followed up. Both patients had mobile membranes in the left ventricular chamber that were visualized by two-dimensional echocardiography and disappeared during anticoagulant therapy. |
