| Popis: | An easy-to-use acronym, BE FAST (Balance, Eyes, Face, Arms, Speech, Time), is gaining in popularity for rapid screening of patients for signs and symptoms of stroke that would otherwise be missed by using the more familiar FAST (Face, Arms, Speech, Time) acronym alone. This article describes the BE FAST tool and discusses how to integrate it into nursing practice. |
