Popis: | 'N this article I plan to relate the productivity of personnel to the implementation of adequate occupational health programs. For, as will be pointed out, the former is very much dependent upon the latter. I believe it would be fair to state that personnel departments exist only to serve management, and in a manner of speaking, the Civil Service Commission is the world's largest personnel department. Thus, the Civil Service Commission, as the personnel arm of the federal government, serves the President as well as the entire executive branch of government.
