Popis: 3D tumor growth inversion results for BraTS20 dataset using GLioblastoma Image Analysis (GLIA). GLIA is publicly available at Github We provide the results for both training and validation datasets of BraTS20. The following is the file description: File name Description c_final.nii.gz Tumor concentration at t=1.0 seg_final.nii.gz Tumor and healthy tissue segmentation at t=1.0 disp_x_rec_final.nii.gz Displacement field in x direction from t=0.0 to t=1.0 disp_y_rec_final.nii.gz Displacement field in y direction from t=0.0 to t=1.0 disp_z_rec_final.nii.gz Displacement field in z direction from t=0.0 to t=1.0 Note that the displacement fields are relative to the domain size which is \([0,2\pi]^3\).
