Popis:	A female patient presented with typical angina, as well as dizziness, trembling, and repeated vomiting, after accidental poisoning with sodium selenite. Our case illustrates the role of selenite in myocardial function and provides guidance for cardiovascular management of rare cases of selenite poisoning. (Level of Difficulty: Beginner.)
