This retrospective review included 1047 patients who underwent upper eyelid rejuvenation between 2001 and 2016. The follow-up ranged from 3 to 190 months. Twenty-one patients were judged to have bad outcomes, and on four patients, the results were categorized as “ugly”. These undesirable outcomes are categorized and discussed.
