Popis: The implementation of the state land cadaster is ensured by surveying, cartographic, ground, geobotanical works, radiological, urban and other studies. Timeliness and accuracy of land cadaster data are ensured by aerospace filming and the method of remote sensing of land surface. Due to the state managing of the land cadaster, the demanding to the geodetic data is high. Therefore there is a need to improve the current methodological recommendations for assessment of the project and existing exploration works, and drafting of land management documents. There are works of such famous scientists as Zholkevsky P.F., Karpinsky Y.O., Stupen M.G., Tretiak A.M – they are devoted to the topical issue of study of the currrent state and prospects of improvement. At the same time, this problem has not been fully studied. Many aspects remain unaddressed or, on some reasons, they are not fully justified. Setting targets is to improve the existing methodological recommendations on the price for project and search works and for preparation of land management documentation. Summing up the results of the study we can draw to the following conclusions: nowadays there is a need to create methodological recommendations, which will ensure land management concerning the demarcation of the land boundaries, that are based on the use of GNSS monitoring and improvement of the existing methodological recommendations for surveying and cost of it.
