| Popis: | Primary involvement of the urethra by lymphoma is rare. We report the first case of a primary urethral B-cell lymphoma as the initial manifestation of the acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). A fifty-seven-year-old black man was evaluated for obstructive voiding symptoms and bloody urethral discharge. Workup revealed a urethral mass which, on pathologic examination, was a large B-cell lymphoma. |
