| Popis: | SUMMARY Terson's Syndrome Terson 's syndrome refers to the occurence of vitreous hemorrhage vvith subarachnoid hemorrhage usually due to a ruptured aneurysm. We report two cases which, develops bilateral vitreous hemorrhage after hypertensive subarachnoid hemorrhage . Digital substraction angiography and computed tomography studies reveal no cerebral aneurysm in these patients. We believe that, careful fundus examination in nonaneurysmatic subarachnoid hemorrhage cases should be done for diagnosing subtle cases of Terson's syndrome.
