Popis:	Enteric duplication cysts are a rare cause of intestinal obstruction in the neonatal period. We present the unusual case of an in utero ileal volvulus secondary to an enteric duplication cyst causing an acute abdomen in a 35-week estimated gestational age newborn female delivered to a mother in preterm labour.
