Popis: | SUMMARY.— The existence of “dispersers” of micro-organisms in a skin hospital is described. There appeared to be no single factor, such as the diagnosis or the treatment received, which might be responsible, although all dispersers were amongst the most heavily colonized of patients. One strain of staphylococcus appeared to be selectively acquired by patients with mycosis fungoides. |
