Modeling of achievement of the reference situation in the conditions of uncertainty

Popis: The article is concerned the approach modeling a possibility of global purpose (a reference situation) achievement in the conditions of uncertainty for some organizational system is offered. The system is described by situational model. The problem is formulated on the basis of synthesis of concepts of the control theory and decision-making, the theory of fuzzy sets and the fuzzy logic, the theory of hierarchical multilevel systems and utility theory. The given concept expands possibilities of the account uncertainty the various nature. Two ways of the description of signs in reference situations by fuzzy numbers and fuzzy intervals are presented in the article. Application of the second way by means of which two typical tasks are solved is proved. The offered approach allows to consider interaction of subsystems at the different levels of hierarchy and considers dynamics of changes of force of influence and background of process.
