Popis:	Background: The mental conflicts of the patients with early-onset dementia and their family caregivers are serious. Feelings of social isolation and negative emotions are especially so strong as to have a adverse effect on their relationship. The importance of reinforcing measures not only for elderly patients with dementia but also for those with early-onset dementia has also been shown in Japan. Previous studies have indicated the need of family support by intervention approach for both patients and family caregivers, but little has been put into practice. The purpose of this study was to clarify the changes of relationship between patients suffering from dementia and caregivers by using functions of CLR focusing on their communication.
