| Popis: | A method for the isolation and determination of urine porphyrins is here presented. The porphyrins were precipitated with talc, purified and separated on Kieselgel H thin-layer plates as methyl esters, and then spectrophotofluorimetrically evaluated. Each stage of the procedure has been discussed. The method has been successfully applied to urine analysis of porphyric patients. |
