Popis:	The paper considers the designs of three-electrode differential capacitive sensors for use in displacement transducers. For the three simplest designs, the transformation functions are determined when sensors are included in the RC circuit of the maximum type and the Wien-Robinson measuring bridge circuit. The conversion functions are defined at a certain power frequency of the measuring circuit and an information output signal in the form of voltage.
