Resumen: La reforma del Libro VI del CIC, sin abandonar la eclesiología de comunión que inspiró el CIC 1983, ha incorporado algunos principios e institutos tomados del Código Pío-Benedictino. El nuevo Libro VI realza el uso del ius coactivum de la Iglesia como instrumento de caridad en el gobierno. Abstract: The reform of Book VI of the CIC, without abandoning the ecclesiology of Communion that inspired CIC 1983, has incorporated some principles and institutes taken from the Pio-Benedictine Code. The new Book VI highlights the use of the ius coactivum of the Church as an instrument of charity in government. |
