| Popis: | Patients who inquire about microsurgical correction of vasal and epididymal obstructions should be informed about the postoperative rates of both return of sperm to the semen and pregnancy. They also should be informed about the possibility of a successful outcome, depending on their individual circumstances. The various preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative factors that influence success rates are discussed in this article. |
