Popis: | The antibiotic icosapeptide trichosporin B-V, which was isolated from Trichoderma polysporum, was synthesized by assembling five peptide fragments via the N, N7'-dicyclohexylcarbodimide method. The synthesized peptide was identical with the natural one. |
