Popis: | The copper-catalyzed cycloisomerization of alkynylaziridines has been developed to access 2-substituted-4-formylpyrroles. The reaction proved to be tolerant to aryl and alkyl-substituted substrates which were readily prepared from the corresponding enynes. This atom-economical catalytic process gives a convenient and regioselective access to a wide range of diversely 2-substituted-4-formylpyrroles in a two-step procedure. |
